With up to 96 DIMM slots available, the PowerEdge R930 can utilize up to 6TB of total memory: 8GB / 16GB / 32GB / 64GB / 128GB RDIMM, LRDIMM up to 2400 MT/s.
Storage
The PowerEdge R930 offers two server chassis hard drive configurations. 24-Port (24-Bay) or 24 x 2.5" Small form factor hard drives as well as a 4-Port (4-Bay or 4 x 2.5" small form factor hard drive configuration. Each unit will accept SAS/SATA/SSD or NVMe express flash PCIe SSD's.
